TRA Team Agreement

(As of Sept 2023)

• You are expected to act in a rational manner within any matter conducted under the TRA brand.

• You are to notify the head planner(s) if you are bringing any additional+1 to a TRA shoot/event. 

• you are required to be active within responding to any inquiry pertaining to an event, meeting, as well as being active on the date of an event/shoot occurrence (Inactivity is not tolerated). 

• If you proceed to no-show multiple events/shoots, you will knowingly be penalized based on the specific circumstances involved within your track record.

• Inactivity within your active role as a TRA Member will result in termination unless notified ahead of time of any particular reasoning.

• Vocalization/Distribution of private intel (unauthorized) relating to the TRA will result in penalization.

• Drastic measures of unauthorized actions are subject for penalization. 

• not abiding by this said agreement will lead to penalization and potential relation/contractual termination.
